Introducing the latest from Mazda – the CX-70

April 15th, 2024 by

Introducing the latest from Mazda – the highly anticipated CX-70 and CX-70 Hybrid models have just had their pricing details revealed. Starting at $41,820, the standard CX-70 offers a range of options up to $57,325 for the top-tier S Premium Plus trim. Meanwhile, the plug-in-hybrid variant boasts a slightly narrower price range, beginning at $55,775 and peaking at $58,825.

Compared to its three-row counterpart, the CX-90, the CX-70 offers fewer trim levels. However, this is offset by starting with the well-equipped Preferred model, which contributes to its slightly higher base price. Aligning the 2025 CX-70 models with their 2024 CX-90 equivalents reveals identical pricing across the board, emphasizing the CX-70’s position as a two-row iteration of the CX-90.

Under the hood, the CX-70 shares the same turbocharged 3.3-liter inline-six engine and 48-volt hybrid system as the CX-90, delivering 280 hp in select trims and 340 hp in sportier S trims. Upgrading from the base Preferred model to the Premium trim adds notable features like 21-inch wheels, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, and a head-up display. Further enhancements await in the Premium Plus trim, including luxurious Nappa leather upholstery and comfort amenities like a heated steering wheel and ventilated seats.

For those interested in the hybrid experience, the CX-70 Hybrid models offer the same premium features and performance, with the added benefit of a plug-in-hybrid powertrain. With an electric driving range of approximately 26 miles per charge, these models promise efficiency without compromising on power.

Anticipate the arrival of the first CX-70 SUVs later this spring, with more affordable options rolling out through the summer and fall. Experience the perfect blend of style, performance, and innovation with the Mazda CX-70 lineup.
