All seven versions are all-wheel drive and come with Mazda’s superb safety technology. Higher trim levels get progressively more standard safety, comfort and infotainment equipment.
• Consumer Reports recommended the Mazda CX-5 for its ride, nice and quiet interior, and responsive handling. It comes in eight trim levels, with progressively more standard safety, comfort and infotainment features. Two engine versions offer either 187 hp or 227 hp and either 186 lb-ft or 310 lb-ft of torque. All versions have Mazda i-ACTIV AWD. Higher trim levels come with Mazda’s Mi-DRIVE, Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop and Go and Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
